Welcome to the "CyberDeck" Blog!

Your ‘direct connection’ to the talented cybersecurity specialists at Imprimis who are operating on the front lines for Cyber Security Assessment, Remediation and Sustainment.

On the CyberDeck Blog, we will post a weekly blog or a series of posts spanning multiple days or weeks covering a cybersecurity topic of interest that we will not only "introduce" to you... but will do a "deep dive" on it as well...  into the details and the weeds... because that's where the true wisdom comes from -- gaining a complete understanding of all angles of a challenging cybersecurity policy or procedure. 

Also, look out for posts from "DFARS Dan" our resident "CyberAlert Agent" who will cover the legislative, and regulatory aspects of the FAR and DFARS landscape, and occassionaly do indepth blog posts on various DIB (Defense Industrial Base) topics that are important to both commercial as well as GovCon focused Primes, Subs, and the supporting organizations that make up the vast industrial manaufacturing, aerospace and engineering communities.   He is not and "AI" agent in the true sense of the word, but does work with the talented Imprimis staff to highlight topics of interest for our clients, vendor partners, and followers on social media.

So What is a CyberDeck?

In keeping with the origins of the word "cyberdeck" and to pay homage to the original use of it in a literary sense.

Imprimis is pleased to add to the i2 CyberDeck Blog a new weekly Cyber Threat Intelligence Summary called "The Infrastructure Defender" which is produced by our Senior Cyber Analyst, Orville Erickson who not only pulls cyber threat intelligence reports from a wide variety of cyber threat sources, he produces a curated report highlighting the most important cyber threats of the week, and includes source references for remediation so our customers and their clients can respond accordingly to protect their networks.
